Star Wars X Wing Captain Cardboard Studio Scale Hero Model kit
This is a Captain Cardboard Star Wars Studio Scale X-Wing model kit. This a rare very unique kit made by the legend, Captain Cardboard. There are no missing pieces. The X-Wing can be assembled with the wings / foils in the open or closed position. Studio Scale means it's the same size of the filming miniature used in the Star Wars films. It's one of the most accurate kits available. The model is approximately 1/24 scale and measures close to 2 feet long. The lineage is this X-Wing kit was cast from a pyro model used in filming the original Star Wars.
The cast was cleaned up, accurate original model kit parts (the famous greeblies added from model tanks, airplanes, etc kits) were added where needed, and it was turned into the Captain Carboard X-Wing. It's cast resin and as you can tell from the pictures is very clean with hardly any air bubbles.
