Bandai Star Wars B-Wing Limited Edition 1/72 Model (Mint) SDCC
This is a brand new kit, still in the factory wrap and is in mint condition. The 2018 SDCC Special Edition B-Wing was offered as a limited edition by Bluefin Distributors at the 2018 San Diego Comic Con. Bluefin Distributors are the official American distributor of Bandai products. This kit differs from the standard edition, in that it includes an LED light kit for its engines, an alternate seated (human) pilot figure with additional mechanical details on the body and wings.
The SDCC release also has an expanded decal set. Highly detailed plastic molded with clear and multiple color injection parts. Expanded set of waterslide decals. Enhanced mechanical details on the body and wings. LED light kit for its engines. Includes both a Mon Calamari and an alternate human pilot figure. Articulated wings that open and close. Clear or frame parts for the canopy. Being released for the first time anywhere in the world at SDCC, and a month before the regular edition, this set includes an LED light set for its engines, an alternate seated pilot figure, different mechanical details on the body and wings, with different color markings and different color injection. The Slayn & Korpil A/SF-01 B-Wing Starfighter first appeared in Return of the Jedi (1983) with a modified version appearing in The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
